Scarface-(Houston Texas)

Brad Jordan a.k.a. Scarface est né en 1970 à Houston (Texas) dans le quartier de South Acres. Son enfance fut difficile, il vécut chez ses grands parents parce qu'il s'était fait viré très de chez lui par sa mère très jeune. C'est là-bas qu'il commença à dealer. A 16 ans, il enregistra son premier single "Big Time" sous le nom Akshun (Action). Le manager James Smith lui proposa, trois ans plus tard d'intégrer le groupe Geto Boys. Il accepta le deal et il signa, la même année, en solo, sur le label Rap A Lot Records. Son premier album solo "Mr. Scarface Is Back" sort en 1991 avec, comme thème principal, le ghetto. Il dira "Je suis originaire de la rue, je suis toujours resté vrai ! C’est ce dont je parle dans ma musique. Je raconte ce qui se passe tous les jours dans la rue et dans les ghettos".
